🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Underwear, bodysuits, or other intimate items (for hygiene reasons).

• Items that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.

• Items returned without original tags or packaging.

📦 Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال

نحن ان دي للازياء نحرص على رضاك التام، ونسعى لتقديم تجربة تسوق مريحة وواضحة. لذلك وضعنا سياسة استرجاع واستبدال مرنة وفق الشروط التالية:

🔁 الاستبدال

• يحق للعميلة طلب استبدال المنتج خلال [7 / 14] أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب.

• يجب أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية، غير مستخدم، غير مغسول، وبكامل بطاقاته الأصلية.

• الاستبدال متاح في حال وجود عيب في المنتج أو الرغبة في تغيير المقاس أو اللون (حسب التوفر).

• تتحمل العميلة تكاليف الشحن في حال لم يكن هناك خطأ من المتجر.

↩️ الاسترجاع

• يتم قبول طلبات الاسترجاع خلال [7 / 14] أيام من تاريخ الاستلام.

• يجب أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية وغير مستخدم.

• لا يمكن استرجاع المنتجات المخفّضة أو التي تم شراؤها ضمن العروض (إن وُجد).

• يتم إعادة المبلغ بعد خصم رسوم الشحن خلال 7 أيام عمل عبر نفس وسيلة الدفع.

🚫 منتجات لا يمكن استرجاعها أو استبدالها

• الملابس الداخلية أو القطع الحساسة (لأسباب صحية).

• المنتجات المستخدمة أو المتضررة بسبب سوء الاستخدام.

• المنتجات بدون البطاقة الأصلية.

📦 في حال وجود عيب أو خطأ

في حال استلام منتج تالف أو مختلف عن الطلب، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام مع إرفاق صور واضحة، وسنتكفل بحل المشكلة في أسرع وقت.
